Our desired community will include full-time residents and translocals (part-time residents or occasional visitors), and we welcome people in both categories. 

Full-time residents have the opportunity to build their own home, while translocals have the opportunity to build a home they will time-share with other translocals.

We expect people who want to join us to go through the following process, adapted to personal circumstances whenever necessary:

1. Initial chats: Two online meetings to explore mutual fit.

2. Deeper dive: Review documents on vision, governance, finances, and sustainability.

3. Integration: Attend 3+ (online) monthly meetings + one-on-ones with members.

4. Decision: Mutual consent to join, with compassionate communication throughout.

Contributions to a “community pot” are used to pay for the land, shared facilities, maintenance, and other common expenses. 

Both the initial investment and monthly contribution are adjusted within minimum and maximum ranges according to each member’s financial situation. Specific values and conditions will be communicated during the initial chats.
